Information you provide

We may collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, messages sent through our contact or support forms, and any content you choose to create in Notasko.

Google and Apple sign-in

You may sign in to Notasko using Google or Apple. When you use one of these sign-in options, the identity provider shares account information permitted by your account settings, such as your name, email address, profile identifier, and a profile image where available. We use this information to create and authenticate your Notasko account. We do not receive or store your Google or Apple password.

Google and Apple process information according to their own privacy policies. You can manage permissions and connected applications through your Google or Apple account settings.

Your Notasko content

When you use the app, we store the Notes, Tasks, Journals, and related content you create so it can be synchronized with your account and shown to you across supported devices. This content is associated with your account and is not intended to be visible to other users.

How we use information

We use information to provide and operate Notasko, authenticate users, synchronize personal content, respond to support requests, maintain security, prevent abuse, troubleshoot problems, improve the service, and communicate about important service or policy changes.

Service providers

Notasko uses carefully selected service providers to operate the service. Supabase provides database, authentication, and account infrastructure. Google and Apple provide optional sign-in services. Resend may process messages submitted through contact and support forms so we can receive and respond to them. These providers process information according to their own terms and privacy policies.

Cookies and local storage

The website uses essential browser storage to remember cookie preferences and support basic functionality. Optional analytics technologies may be used only when you give consent. You can review or change your choices at any time through Cookie Settings.

Data retention and deletion

We retain account and content information for as long as needed to provide Notasko, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
