Last updated: September 10, 2026
Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Notasko website, mobile applications, and related services. By using Notasko, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Eligibility
You must be legally able to enter into these terms to use Notasko. If you use Notasko on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms on its behalf.
Your account
Some Notasko features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your account and devices secure and for activity that occurs through your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it when it changes.
Google and Apple sign-in
Notasko may allow you to create or access an account through Google or Apple. Your use of those sign-in services is also subject to the relevant provider’s terms. Notasko does not receive or store your Google or Apple password.
Your content
You retain ownership of the Notes, Tasks, Journals, and other content you create in Notasko. You grant Notasko the limited rights needed to store, synchronize, display, and technically process that content to provide the service.
You are responsible for your content and must have the rights needed to use it. Do not store content that is unlawful, infringes another person’s rights, or creates a security or safety risk.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse Notasko, attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, bypass security or rate limits, introduce malicious code, scrape the service abusively, or use it in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.
Service providers
Notasko relies on third-party providers, including Supabase for authentication and database infrastructure, Google and Apple for optional sign-in, and Resend for contact and support email delivery. Their services may be governed by separate terms and policies.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep Notasko reliable, but the service may be unavailable or limited because of maintenance, updates, outages, or circumstances outside our control. We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features, including free features, at any time.
Intellectual property
Notasko and its original software, design, branding, text, and other materials are owned by Notasko or its licensors. These terms give you permission to use the service; they do not transfer ownership or grant rights to copy, modify, or redistribute our materials except as allowed by law.
Feedback
If you send suggestions or feedback, you allow us to use it without restriction or compensation to improve Notasko. We will not treat feedback as confidential unless we expressly agree otherwise.
Privacy
Our collection and use of information is described in the Privacy Policy. By using Notasko, you acknowledge that information may be processed as described there.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, other users, or our rights, or when these terms are violated. You may stop using Notasko at any time and request account or content deletion through our Contact page.
Disclaimers
Notasko is provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose. You are responsible for keeping appropriate backups of important content.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Notasko and its providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary losses arising from or related to your use of the service.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as Notasko or applicable requirements change. We will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Continued use of Notasko after an update means you accept the revised terms.
